Enrolling your child at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School Bundaberg is as easy as following the steps below. 


1. ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM

Complete an Enrolment Application located below on this website for each child you wish to enrol, please do not hesitate to contact our School Office on 4151 4771 or email sjbg@rok.catholic.edu.au if you have any questions.

2. ATTACH REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

To facilitate the enrolment process you will be required to attach some, or all, of the following items for each child in PDF format;

  • Birth Certificate or extract or identity documents
  • Baptismal Certificates (if Catholic or Christian)
  • Immunisation Certificate (only required for students enrolling in primary school for the first time)
  • Health Care or Concession Card (if applicable)
  • Guardian’s Driver License
  • Court orders / Parenting plans (if applicable)
  • Documents relating to additional needs (reports, health action plans, diagnosis etc)
  • Most recent school report and/or reference from previous school
  • Passport or visa (if your child is not an Australian citizen)


3. ENROLMENT INTERVIEW

Upon receipt of all of the documents we will be in contact to arrange an interview for both parents and child with our Leadership Team. During this meeting you will also be taken on a school tour.


4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER

Following the interview and school tour, our staff will be in contact advising the outcome of the interview.
